Life happens and gets in the way of blogging as well as everything else.
Work, pregnant wife, 2 yr old and 2 kids in highschool don't give me much free time anymore.
I have to remedy this to alleviate a little bit anyway.
Here are the results from the 1850 Tournament at the Bookery on 8/18.
Thanks to all who showed. We had 8 players.
Good time, fun to run a tourney. My only issue was I couldn't keep the time to what I wanted. In all 3 rounds there were at least 2 games that went almost the full time.
No real rules issues that I couldn't resolve. I was suprised by the knowledge of the players thus far. I expected a lot more and was prepared for most of them, a quick look in the book and rference the FAQ's and the answers were there.
