I decided to make my version of the Storm Raven. I made 3 in fact. I love the unit in game and the conversion satisfies me and impresses my opponents. Above are two of them in action!
I used a Valk kit with some misc bits...It took about two hours from sprue to prime.
The picks look kinda of 'Pink'...bad lighting at the event. They were painted with Red Gore.
I have played many casual games and a few tournaments with the SR's. They perform very well.
One Batrep vs Tyranids made last summer before everything was painted.
